Located in the London Borough of Havering Heaton Lodge is a bright and airy, double-storey terraced house, with up to five bedrooms. The lodge is situated in a predominately residential area conveniently close to local amenities such as local shops, supermarket, leisure centre, day centre, G.P surgery, dental surgery and public transport. Romford town centre is less than twenty minutes bus ride.
Heaton Lodge prides itself on providing high quality 24 hour community care and support that is second to none. We support people with learning disabilities and mental health issues regardless of gender or cultural background. Our core values of respect, dignity, compassion and commitment to person centred care help us to meet our overall goal of providing high quality care. Support and care is tailored to meet the individual needs of clients at all stages of their care pathway, from supported accommodation and outreach support to accessing the community. The approach is user led and is based on clients’ goals and aspirations.
Drawing on the expertise of an experienced and qualified staff team alongside the experience of the people who use our services, we are well positioned to offer individual support to help Service Users discover and achieve their hopes and dreams. Our belief is that our service users have a right to live independently within the same communities as everyone else. They are supported to access all local services and mainstream facilities of their choice as they are part of the community they live.
Residents can relax in the back garden and are free to host friends and relatives over for barbeques, parties or outdoor activities of their choice. Staff will be on hand to support them.
