As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing projects aimed at enrolling 10,000 learners into our programs, ensuring efficient delivery and effective outcomes.
Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the “Project 10,000” initiative to enroll 10,000 learners, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to achieve enrollment targets within set deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to allocate resources, set priorities, and monitor project progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
- Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
- Supervise project team members, assign tasks, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
- Evaluate project performance, analyze outcomes, and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
