Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the “Project 10,000” initiative to enroll 10,000 learners, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to achieve enrollment targets within set deadlines.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to allocate resources, set priorities, and monitor project progress.
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
    • Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate project milestones to stakeholders.
    • Supervise project team members, assign tasks, and ensure project objectives are met.
    • Maintain project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
    • Evaluate project performance, analyze outcomes, and implement process improvements for future initiatives.
