As a Student Enrollment Officer, you’ll be pivotal in guiding potential students through the enrollment process, providing information on our professional development courses, scholarships, internships, and career support services to aid them in making informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students through virtual communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Educate individuals on the array of continuous professional development courses offered by London TILCareer Institute.
• Assist students in understanding the benefits of continuous professional development, career growth opportunities, and the relevance of specific courses to their professional aspirations.
• Conduct individual consultations to assess the learning needs and career objectives of prospective students.
• Aid students in completing enrollment forms, submitting necessary documentation, and processing payments for course registration.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollment status, and feedback to enhance the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with the admissions team and stakeholders to ensure a smooth enrollment experience for students.
• Participate in training programs and professional development activities to elevate enrollment and student support skills.
