DELIVERY INFORMATION

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE

All orders are shipped using a trackable and “signed for” shipping service. Customers will receive timely updates via a shipping confirmation email upon purchase, which includes a tracking number for monitoring the progress of their order. To ensure utmost security, we provide full insurance coverage for deliveries to your doorstep, limiting shipments to the specified shipping address on your order.

Free Delivery is available within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland for orders exceeding £100.

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Orders placed between Monday to Friday before 2 pm are dispatched the same day (unless an alteration is required e.g. resize, links in/out, etc and these will usually be dispatched the following working day).
  • Saturday is not considered a working day, so orders placed on Friday after 2 pm, will be delivered on the following working day which is Monday.
  • UK based orders valued at £100 or under are sent out using Royal Mail – Royal Mail 1st class Signed for (1-2 Days) Fully insured service.
  • UK based orders valued over £100 are sent out using Royal Mail – Royal Mail “Special Delivery – Before 1 pm”. Fully insured service.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK

We use a combination of carriers which will either be Royal Mail “International Signed For” or FedEx Express depending on the order value. Both services are fully insured to your door service. Orders placed between Monday-Friday before 2 pm have a “same day” dispatch. If you place your order after 2 pm (GMT) your order will be dispatched the following working day. International shipping expected delivery times are 5-10 working days.

OPTIONS WHEN YOU MISS YOUR PARCEL

If you miss the delivery of your jewellery parcel by the Royal Mail postman, you have three options:

  1. Visit the Royal Mail Delivery Office: If you’re eager to receive your item promptly, the most efficient way is to go directly to the Royal Mail Delivery Office. The address of the Delivery Office will be provided on the card left by the Royal Mail postman. Remember to bring along the card and personal identification, such as a driving license, for collection.
  2. Arrange Re-delivery Online: You can schedule a re-delivery through the Royal Mail website. Accessing the website is simple; just click on the tracking number provided in the delivery confirmation email we sent you. Royal Mail offers free re-delivery options to your home or an alternative local address. However, please note that re-delivery may take up to 48 hours from the time of your request.
  3. Call Royal Mail: Contact the telephone number provided on the back of the Royal Mail “missed delivery” card to arrange a free re-delivery to your home or an alternative local address. Keep in mind that re-delivery may take up to 48 hours from the time you make the request.

OUTSIDE OF THE UK ORDERS

When we dispatch parcels, primarily through Royal Mail or FedEx, upon arrival at the destination country, they are transferred to the national postal service. The procedure for scheduling a redelivery will adhere to the terms outlined by the chosen postal service. Instructions on how to arrange a redelivery can typically be found on the carrier’s website.

For products ordered from outside the UK, they are considered international orders, and delivery may incur import duties and taxes upon reaching the destination. We have no authority over these charges, and their amount is unpredictable. The buyer bears the responsibility for settling any import duties and taxes. Prior to placing your order, we advise contacting your local customs office for comprehensive information. It is imperative to adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country pertaining to the ordered products. We cannot be held liable or responsible for any breaches of such laws by the buyer.

All jewellery sold on thefinejewellery.co.uk is packaged in plain, discreet packaging without logos, this ensure its safe when being handled in transit and also if this were to be a gift. All Orders sent out are insured until the moment someone signs for it at the delivery address.
