You can make purchases online through this website or by visiting our showroom, The Fine Jewellery, located at Unit 2E, Building B, 2nd Floor Wembley Commercial Centre HA9 7UR, United Kingdom. We accept payments through PayPal invoice and bank transfer, but we are unable to process payments over the phone.
When you place an order through any of the aforementioned methods (“Order”), you are indicating your intention to purchase the item at the stated price, subject to the terms outlined herein.
Upon placing your order online, you will receive an email confirmation to acknowledge receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation email is generated automatically and does not guarantee that we can fulfil your order.
Subsequently, we will verify availability and contact you via email. If the product is available and the order details are accurate, this email will serve as acceptance of your order, detailing delivery information and confirming the price of the purchased products.
In the event that the product is unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email. Watchmax trading as the fine jewellery.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any sale and withhold product supply if deemed reasonable, as well as to modify or discontinue product availability at our discretion. Should an order be cancelled, a full refund will be issued for any payments made, without prejudice to your statutory rights. DELIVERY

We strive to deliver products within 1-2 working days in the United Kingdom and within 5-10 days for international destinations. However, please consult the product page for each item’s estimated delivery time. Please note that during the Covid-19 lockdown, delivery times may be longer than usual. While we cover the cost of next working day delivery, this service is currently not guaranteed by the delivery provider, and we cannot be held accountable for any resulting delays.
Orders are shipped via “Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded (tracked 24 Signature)” or “Royal Mail Special Delivery” for UK destinations and “Royal Mail International Signed For” for international deliveries. All services necessitate a signature upon receipt, so kindly provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your items. While we make every effort to meet the specified delivery timeframe, we cannot be held liable for any losses incurred due to delayed delivery. Orders placed from outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any such charges, so we recommend consulting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of returned goods or declaration of loss. In the event of confirmed loss by Royal Mail, we will endeavour to dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund. RETURN/EXCHANGE

- Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate exchanges outside of this 30-day period.
- Our commitment to replacing the item or refunding your money does not extend to faults or damages resulting from accident, neglect, or misuse. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further clarification.
- For in-store purchases, refunds are not applicable, but we offer a strict 14-day exchange policy for unworn and customized items.
- Items purchased online but exchanged in-store are ineligible for refunds and can only be exchanged within 14 days (limited to one exchange).
- The buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of return postage and any associated taxes or fees. For returns within the UK, we strongly advise using a reputable courier service such as ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery’ or similar, ensuring adequate insurance to cover any loss in transit. Watchmax Limited t/a The Fine Jewellery cannot be held liable for items lost during return transit.
- Please ensure that returned items include the original invoice, certificate, and all accompanying gift packaging and boxes. Refunds or replacements will not be processed until the missing items are received.
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for items showing signs of wear, such as scratches, stains, perfume odour, or cream stains. Please note that all items undergo sterilization before shipment, and returns undergo thorough inspection, including UV tests. Items visibly worn will not be eligible for return. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of payment method.
- Layaway plans are considered bespoke items, and all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a return, a credit will be issued for the amount, redeemable within 12 months of item receipt.
- Made-to-order custom or bespoke products are deemed non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- If you opt to exchange a non-refundable item, the subsequent item received will also be non-refundable, adhering to the same rule as the initial return. A maximum of three exchanges is permitted within a 21-day period.
- We cannot be held responsible if the instructions for the items you purchase are not followed. For instance, hanging pendants on inappropriate chains, wearing jewellery while swimming or showering, forcefully pulling items resulting in link breakage, or using excessive force causing damage to the jewellery. In such cases, if the jewellery becomes damaged, Watchmax Limited trading as the fine jewellery cannot be held liable. Chains or bracelets returned in longer lengths than ordered are deemed non-refundable or non-returnable, indicating misuse leading to stretching of the item.
- Original postage costs for items are non-refundable. Please retain your postage receipt as proof of shipment.

If random items are received without prior approval, we reserve the right to decline processing the return and/or contact you. CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We have extended our refund policy for your convenience this Christmas.
We will be happy to exchange or refund purchases made from, 8th November 2024 up until 7th January 2025*, on the presentation of the unused goods in the original packaging (with no alterations made and the invoice or proof of purchase. We offer this returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
LAYAWAY RETURNS
Layaways are done through a PayPal invoice.
All deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind, after receiving the item, you are entitled to a credit for the amount paid.
You can use your credit for up to 6 months from the date of receipt.
OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
All Fine Jewellery products are accompanied by a 6-month guarantee, which covers manufacturing defects. However, this warranty does not extend to defects arising from:
- Fair wear and tear.
- Wilful damage.
- Abnormal storage or usage conditions.
- Accidents or negligence by you or any third party.
- Failure to operate or use the products in accordance with user instructions.
- Alterations or repairs conducted by you or a third party.

As a consumer, please note that this warranty is additional to your legal rights concerning faulty or misrepresented products. Guidance regarding your legal rights can be obtained from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We make every effort to carefully select and package our products to ensure they arrive in optimal condition. However, if a product arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund upon its return to us at the postal address listed below within 30 days of receipt, using registered post. Under these circumstances, we will cover the cost of return postage.
Please note that an item that has been pulled or stretched is not considered faulty. Faulty products typically manifest within the first few days of use. In such cases, we offer repair as the initial course of action, with an exchange available if the issue recurs. However, we strictly do not offer refunds for items beyond the 30-day ownership period.
Kindly ensure you obtain a proof of posting receipt from your local Post Office when returning items to facilitate the processing of your return postage cost refund.
